Estabilished in 1958, HPY Group is a leading family business, manufacturer and exporter of colour pigment products with four vertically integrated manufacturing facilities, advanced machinery and a delicated workforce of 1200 employees.<\/p>\n\n

Assessment of the business environment<\/h3>\n\n

The key stakeholders of the HPY Group realised that to\ngrow in this thriving competition, they need to:<\/p>\n\n

  • Identity and capitalise on new opportunities for growth to increase the revenue and profit margins of the business<\/li>
  • Create an efficient organisation with scalable systems and processes to execute the new opportunities<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>

    We, SOCH Business Mentors, along with the key stakeholders of the business conducted a detailed assessment to understand the challenges and root cause of the problem. <\/p>\n\n

    The assessment helped us to identify the key areas to focus on, in order to design a customised solution.<\/p>\n\n

    We initiated the project execution by securing the stakeholders commitment on the choices required to align with the envisioned future. We then co-designed a business case to shortlist the growth opportunity.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

    Assessment of the business Processes<\/h3>\n\n

    To improve the organisational efficiency of the HPY Group,\nwe thoroughly mapped the existing business systems and\nprocesses of the entire organisation to understand the\ncurrent operational strengths and inefficeiencies.<\/p>\n\n

    Once the gaps were identified and agreed upon, we\ndesigned and implemented the improved business\nsystems and processes along with stakeholder teams\nacross all business functions.<\/p>\n\n

    Our acutely customised approach for the HPY Group\nresulted in 11% improvement in their organisational\nefficiency and a 23% year-on-year growth in the business\nrevenue.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
